Yes... there was a Coyotes game tonight but I liked Saturday's game much better. We won 2-1 over the Sharks. There Czech scoring in the second. Apparently the Sharks scored in the third. We kind of missed it.. we were chatting with the cool people in front of us.
Then tonight, the winning streak ended, well the total wining streak, not the home wins. We went into Detroit and seemed really unprepared. We lost 3-2. Of course Pyatt started off the scoring for us and a Czech got the second goal. Ummm, I kinda missed a lot in this game too. I had to call someone back and he talked my ear off... Thanks Dad. 
I really need to stop being so social and focus on the game. I miss a lot when people talk to me. Darn people.
Next up, Wednesday against the Leafs. This is going to be the preview of the Stanley Cup Finals. You all heard it here first! It's gonna come down to game 7 between the Yotes and the Leafs. It has been decided.
I find it ironic that the day Bryz is given the 3rd star of the week he has a really off game. He was totally not ready for the first period. He reminded me of the Bryz of last season. I do not appreciate the Bryz of last season. Does that mean LaBarbera gets the start Wednesday or does Tippett give Bryz a chance to show us what he's made of?
Annnnnnd finally it looks like we may be owned by Ice Edge Holdings soon. They have submitted a letter of intent and will be on the BOG agenda. Still not sure how I feel about Ice Edge but if they can keep the team here, I guess I will learn to like them. I just don't like the idea of playing "home" games in Canada. I understand the purpose of getting some money but I think it damages the fan base here. We want to see our team on home ice 41 games not 36 times (not including pre-season). Quite frankly, I don't have the money to travel to Canada 5 times a season. Not to mention, I'd really need to get on renewig that passport...
